We loved our stay at this hotel in Roanne! The staff were super helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us as adventure travelers, with an easy walk to the city center. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for our daily activities. The room was equipped with good air conditioning and a fantastic shower, perfect for refreshing ourselves after a long day of exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by the double glazing, as it blocked out any noise from the street or trains passing by. Additionally, having a car park on site was so convenient for us.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Hotel specifies strickly non smoking rooms, which we chose. The room I had absolutely stank of cigarette smoke and both rooms we had were non smoking but had ash trays !! In addition; I booked the rooms with my creditcard for the reservation but paid cash on departure. One week after our stay there is still an 'AUTH. block on my card for the full amount, disappointing!

For a stopover. We found no fault with it at all.Comfortable, clean, pleasant staff. The breakfast was very good, plenty to eat, a lot better than other hotels we have stayed in in France for a higher price.The location is perfect especially if you arrive by train.

we stayed at ibis styles and it was such a convenient location. great staff and a delicious breakfast included. the room had good air conditioning and a refreshing shower. we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was considering its proximity to the street and trains. plus, it was so nice to have a car park on site.

Staff was unhelpful and dismissive when we had issues with the hot water and found bugs in our room. No effort was made to rectify the problems, leaving us with a negative impression of the hotel.
